The Idea Kitchen: Creativity is Cooking project was implemented from 1 to 8 October 2026, aiming to strengthen youth workers' creative thinking skills, raise awareness of social entrepreneurship, and improve their ability to use digital tools effectively in their work with young people. Bringing together participants from Bulgaria, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Romania, and Türkiye, the project contributed to the development of innovative, inclusive, and sustainable approaches to youth work.

Throughout the project, participants explored creative problem-solving methods such as Design Thinking, SCAMPER, and the Six Thinking Hats, while sharing intercultural experiences and learning how digital tools can be used to create social impact. The project also emphasized the use of Youthpass to recognize non-formal learning outcomes and the inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities in youth work activities. Overall, the project strengthened youth workers' professional capacities and supported the development of more effective initiatives that encourage young people's social participation and contribute to the quality of youth work across Europe.
